- Mrs. Rose B. Crepeau, 82, of 36 Warren St., widow of Albert J. Crepeau, died Friday morning at Lakeview convalescent Hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Ste.-Anastasie, Canada, she had resided in Meriden for the past 40 years. Mrs. Crepeau was a parishioner of St. Laurent's Church and was a member of the St. Anne Society of that parish as well as the Meriden council of Catholic Women.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Leo F. Alix of this city; six grandchildren, Miss Elaine Alix, Miss Suzanne Alix, Miss Denise Alix, James Alix, Edward Alix, and Peter Alix; one sister, Mrs. Albert Roy of Bristol and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Monday from the John J. Ferry and Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St. and at St. Laurent's Church at a time to be announced. Burial will be in St. Laurent's Cemetery.
